James Campanella, President
Jim started Lawn Dawg in 1997 with the goal of building the premier lawn service company in the northeast. Since its inception Lawn Dawg has grown to 7 branch locations serving over 15,000 customers. Jim has been very active in the industry serving as president of the Professional Lawn Care Association of America and the Massachusetts Association of Lawn Care Professionals. Jim has been very active in the community as well as a member of the Rotary Club of Nashua West, serving as their president in 2006/2007. He has also served on the board of directors for the YMCA. Jim enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and he is an avid Red Sox fan. Jim resides in Nashua, NH with his wife and 3 children.

Tom Bucci, VP of Operations
Tom first met Jim over 20 years ago while working for an industry competitor. Their passion for business led them to begin working together building Lawn Dawg to its present day size. Tom is very active in his community, helping to raise funds annually for the American Diabetes Foundation and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, two organizations that Lawn Dawg supports as well. Tom is an avid golfer, and New York Yankees fan. He resides in Albany, New York with his wife of 24 years and 2 daughters.

Deborah Russell, Financial Controller
Deborah joined Lawn Dawg in the spring of 2007. She originally began as a part time employee looking for a change from her previous fast paced Corporate positions. She was quickly promoted to Controller and is passionate about the company and its success. In addition to her position at Lawn Dawg, Deborah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, the outdoors and crafting. She resides in Nashua, NH with her boyfriend, three children and two dogs.

Jenna Drouin, Marketing Manager
In May of 2010, Lawn Dawg decided it was time to bring the extensive marketing planning in-house and brought Jenna on board to fill this role. Jenna is involved in all aspects of marketing including messaging, design, and planning of print and web campaigns. Jenna graduated from Bentley College with a B.S. in Information Design and Corporate Communication and is currently continuing her education towards a Global M.B.A. at Southern New Hampshire University. Outside of work and school, Jenna enjoys playing basketball, traveling, and the outdoors.
