Early Spring Lawn Care

It is important to get your lawn off to a good start. This treatment will help your lawn “wake up” with a heavy feeding to promote strong growth. A pre-emergent crabgrass control is applied to all areas at risk for crabgrass invasion. Pesky weeds like dandelions and chickweed are treated and eliminated as needed.

Late Spring Lawn Care

A gradual release organic-based fertilizer is applied to maintain vigorous growth and good color. Broadleaf weeds like dandelions and clover are common this time of year. Careful and thorough control measures will be applied to minimize weed populations.

Early Summer Lawn Care

As temperatures warm we will switch to a slower release organic-based fertilizer designed to help your lawn prepare for the summer heat and minimal rainfall. Persistent broadleaf weeds are treated selectively and optional grub proofing is applied if ordered. We are also carefully inspecting for lawn damaging insects like Chinchbugs and we will apply control measures as needed.

Late Summer Lawn Care

An application of slow release, organic-based fertilizer is applied at this time to maintain a healthy turf while eliminating the burn potential traditional fertilizers have. This treatment will help your lawn fight disease, drought and other heat related stresses. Hard to control summer weeds like crabgrass, spurge and oxalis will be spot controlled as needed. This is the time when lawn damaging insects are a high risk and careful inspection is performed by your certified lawn specialist.

Early Fall Lawn Care

Fall is the best growing time of the year for your lawn. We will apply a heavy rate of quick release, organic-based fertilizer. Rapid root and top growth will maximize recovery from summer stresses. Weeds will be controlled as needed. This is a great time to schedule aeration and overseeding!

Late Fall Lawn Care

As winter approaches it is important to strengthen your lawn for the upcoming winter months. This organic-based fertilizer will help encourage strong root development without excessive top growth. The lawn will stay thick, green and lush through November.
